Community Consultative Committee
Would you like to be a representative on the Parklea Correctional Centre Community Consultative Committee? We are looking for local residents, business owners, and individuals involved in services relevant to prisoners to be part of discussions about the Centre’s contribution to community life.
The committee brings council, government, social service and community representatives together to discuss matters of mutual interest. Meetings are held once per quarter at the Centre.
To apply, write to us and tell us why you want to join the committee. Nominations should be sent to CCC.Parklea@mtcbroadspectrum.com.
For information on construction and other activities at the Centre that could impact neighbours, visit Corrective Services NSW's Parklea Correctional Centre upgrade page.
Violence and contraband in prisons harm everyone. If you see something, or if you know something, that could put safety or security at risk, tell us.
Our anonymous Intelligence Hotline allows you to leave a recorded message with information about contraband, misconduct, criminal activity, violence or any other matter that may affect the security and good order of the facility.
The hotline is available 24 hours, 7 days a week at 1800 497 129.
